Hi,

I just read that I should unplug the frontmost OUTPUT cable to preserve battery life on my SHO. Is this correct?
That's not very handy when it's the first thing velcroed to my board!

Btw, just picked up a Mastotron and I'm liking it...I'm using it in place of my FuzzFactory* mainly because it's much easier to set and tweak without killing anyone within earshot Wink

*don't worry, it will come in handy for recording

Open your SHO. If you happen to have one from the first few years of production, you may find the STEREO (bigger) jack on the output. If it is, unplug that one to save the battery.

On most, and on all SHOs from recent years, unplugging from the input jack turns off the battery.
