|
|
Hi all,
I figure there'll be a lot of people looking out for zvex pedals on here (d'oh)
Hope it isn't a problem to post this on the forums of the three pedals involved - I wouldn't usually cross post.
I had 3 of them stolen recently, all three of which I loved and two of which were utterly indespensible.
Still hoping naively to get them back so I just wanted to post something in case any of you come across them. Otherwise it's time for me to start saving hard!
If you see any of these for sale in Bristol or nearby I'd really appreciate it if you dropped me a line (stupidly I didn't write down their serial numbers but 1 is distinctively damaged, and if they all turn up together... )
Fuzz Factory - green paint job 2 cracked knobs (top had come off one of them). 9v input built in
This paint job
SHO - no real distinctive features This paint job with some bubbling on bottom corners
Ringtone - no tap tempo, this paint job. Had the power plate rather than built in 9v.
Also a bunch of other pedals and a diago power supply, all in a metal warwick rock-case
if you reckon you seen mine in bristol you can let me know at pavementsands at hotmail dart com
thanks

Yeah - does a bit! Ta though.
If nothing else though it's given me a reason to learn to build my own pedals - got a couple of Jack Orman PCBs and a book on pedal making on their way.
Also - edit found the non power plate base for the ringtone last night and got the serial - if Ringtone No 18 turns up in your local second hand shop, it's mine! |

Unfortunately, without the base on it, who is going to see the serial number? _________________ WARNING TO EMAILERS! Heh -so that's the only place with the serial?
I get all the luck.
Ah well - I do still have a genuine Zvex hand painted pedal base If I hit it with a wooden beater it does kind of make a sound. |
