this is the raunchiest fuzz sound i've ever heard dan use. its just filthy!
i love it and i know the FF can do it.
please see if you can get it on the FF and post the settings. im gonna try when i get some time this week after work |

Hi Zack.
Yeah I know! I was at a california gig when he used it. I talked to his tech about it right after the show. Sounded pretty sweet.
However, i don't think he used the mastotron at this australian TV thing because i don't think you had yet invented it.
I think back then he was using the russian muffs, but dan is such a gear head and tone freak that theres really no way to know exactly what he used for that sound except to ask him i guess. |

Ibanez Standard Fuzz on all records. Probably a Green Big Muff for live. I love that (live) version of the song!
